HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

I SEE THERE IS A DISCOUNT CODE; DO YOU OFTEN OFFER DISCOUNTS?
We offer small discounts for all active fireman, law enforcement officers, members of the military and all veterans. Please check our social media and local business partners for an available discount code. Also, feel free to contact us and see if we currently have any promotions going on. Lastly, be sure to sign up for our Newsletter (sign up at the bottom of this page) for every deal we offer! *we don’t blow up your inbox with daily/weekly emails and will never sell your information.
WHAT DAY SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY RENTALS TO BE DELIVERED AND PICKED UP?

We recommend you select your rental start date and rental end date to be your check in and check out date. With all of our weekly rental prices, our 5th, 6th-day, and 7th-day rental prices are the same, therefore 5th-7th day is free on all items! To meet customer expectations, this method of selecting your vacation check in and check out date as rental dates is not required, but recommended!

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED?

We deliver your items seven days of the week! Orders will be delivered on the day of your arrival. If you are not going to be there before your vacation gear arrives, we will arrange a special place to store the gear on the rental property. We are not able to leave your rental gear if you are staying in a condo. We will need you or a member of your party to be there to collect your items when they are delivered. 

CAN I PICK MY ITEMS UP?
Yes, you are more than welcome to stop by the store. We can hand-deliver your items directly to the place you are staying for your convenience.
HOW LATE CAN WE ORDER?
We will try our very best to accommodate all requests and orders, our goal is for you to have the most enjoyable time on your vacation. We will always try to get you your vacation gear the day you order if you are already at the beach, but sometimes it will be the next day.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
No, we do not require any deposit on our equipment. If the items are returned damaged or missing, charges will incur.
WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders cancelled more than one week prior to delivery will receive a full refund. If you cancel within a week of delivery you will be refunded 50% of the total amount paid. If you cancel on the day of we can only offer in store credit (rental credit, not retail goods) or we would be glad to make exchanges for scheduled delivery of comparable value.
HOW CAN I MAKE A PAYMENT?
We accept all major credit cards, Cash, Venmo, Paypal, and Cashapp. We do not accept checks.
IS IT SAFE TO PROVIDE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS ONLINE?
We utilize the most state-of-the-art encryption technology to ensure that your credit card and personal information is protected.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
We will deliver your items for FREE, anywhere in our service area: Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Perdido Key. All orders under 45$ can be delivered with a $45 delivery fee.

We do not deliver Slingshot Cars or Jeeps.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO WE NEED TO ORDER THESE ITEMS?
We request that you reserve your equipment as soon as you finalize your vacation plans. This helps to ensure that the items you have requested will be booked for your stay.
DAMAGE WAIVER: WHAT IS IT AND WHAT DOES IT COVER?
We include an optional damage waiver to phone orders, which essentially is peace of mind insurance against any damage to products while in your possession. This small fee will be mentioned while ordering and when purchased, covers against any damage to any product rented 100%! NOTE: This does not cover stolen property.

BABY EQUIPMENT

IS THE BABY EQUIPMENT SANITIZED BEFORE DELIVERY?
Yes, all of our baby equipment is sanitized before delivery/pick up. We do ask that you sanitized it again before use and before pick up or returning it to our store.
DO YOUR CRIBS/PAC N’ PLAYS/AIR MATTRESS COME WITH SHEETS?

All crib and Pac n’ Play rentals include one fitted sheet. We have sheet sets available for the air mattress, but please let us know prior to delivery if you would like for us to include a set.

SLINGSHOT POLARIS

WHAT ARE THE POLARIS SLINGSHOT RENTAL REQUIREMENTS? AND WHAT’S THE DEAL WITH INSURANCE?
Our vehicles are available to drivers 21 and older, who have their driver’s license or equivalent international license. All renters are required to use our insurance. Insurance costs are $15/day. All drivers and riders are required to sign our liability waiver and rental agreement.
WHAT IS A MOTORCYCLE ENDORSEMENT? AND DO I NEED IT?
You are not required to have a motorcycle endorsement. The Polaris Slingshot is classified as an Autocycle in Alabama, Florida, and Mississippi.
HOW ARE DAYS MEASURED FOR SLINGSHOT RENTALS?

You have 24 hours from the time of pickup until the time you bring it back unless you are late and affecting someone else’s booking. You will then be charged the hourly rate up to 6 hours or a full day if the rental is still over 6 hours.

I ONLY NEED THE SLINGSHOT FOR A COUPLE HOURS; CAN I GET A DISCOUNT

You can rent the slingshot for $40 dollars an hour up to 6 hours, after 6 hours you will be charged $260 dollars for a 24-hour rental.

HOW MANY MILES CAN I GO WITHOUT BEING CHARGED?
There are no restrictions on how many miles you can travel in a day. We want our customers to enjoy and have fun.
CAN YOU DELIVER THE POLARIS SLINGSHOT TO ME?

We do not deliver Slingshots or Jeeps.

DO I NEED TO BRING THE SLINGSHOT BACK WITH A FULL TANK?

Premium Gas is included in the price of rental. We ask that you bring back your vehicle the way it goes out.

DO YOU SET UP MY BACK-PACK BEACH CHAIRS AND UMBRELLA ON THE ACTUAL BEACH?
No, we deliver all of your gear, including back-pack beach chairs and umbrellas, to the front door of your home or condo. To save on your vacation budget, these chairs and umbrellas are less of a cost to you if you bring them to the beach. The chairs and umbrellas are very very easy to carry! You can also use your gear when you want, not restricted to the strict beach service company hours of operation!
ARE HELMETS PROVIDED FOR SLINGSHOTS OR LIFE VESTS FOR PADDLE BOARD RENTALS?
We provide FREE DOT Helmets for Polaris Slingshot Rentals and life vests for paddle board rentals.
SHOULD WE LOCK OUR EQUIPMENT?

We ask that you please lock all of your equipment at all times when they are not in use. You are responsible for lost or stolen property. A minimum charge of $75 will be applied for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Gulf Coast Rental Co reserves the right to apply additional charges incurred in recovering our equipment.

I WAS HOPING TO RENT AN ITEM THAT YOU DON’T CARRY. CAN YOU GET IT FOR ME?
If you have a special request for an item please call us. If for any reason we are unable to get the item we will refer you to somebody who can. We also like to hear what gear you would like us to carry in the future.
I AM GOING TO PENSACOLA BEACH OR DAUPHIN ISLAND; DO YOU SERVICE THESE AREAS? ARE THERE DELIVERY MINIMUMS FOR THESE AREAS?
We can deliver to either of these areas with a minimum 200-dollar order plus an additional 75-dollar delivery fee for beach equipment.
WE HAVE DECIDED TO STAY LONGER; CAN WE KEEP THE ITEMS LONGER THAN WE SIGNED THEM OUT FOR?
Please call us if you decide you require the use of the items longer than expected. Some of the items may be booked for other lucky vacationers – but if not, we would be happy to let you rent for a few extra days!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE AN ITEM THAT I RENTED?
You are responsible for lost items. A minimum charge of $75 will be applied for lost items. Gulf Coast Rental Co reserves the right to apply additional charges incurred in recovering our equipment.
HOW DO WE RETURN THE ITEMS AFTER WE HAVE USED THEM?
We come and pick them up on the day of your departure. Simply note the pick-up date when you place your order and we’ll stop by at no additional charge to pick up the items.
WHAT ABOUT BAD WEATHER? HOW DOES THAT AFFECT MY BEACH OR SLINGSHOT/JEEP ORDER?

We, unfortunately, cannot control the weather and our standard refund policy applies to all items including beach service.
